Special Archerfield Show Rained Out

The frustration of being involved in a great outdoor sport such as Speedway has surfaced yet again with rain in the Brisbane area this afternoon forcing the cancellation of tonight's meeting at Supercheap Auto Archerfield Speedway.
In what was promising to be a great show with the late inclusion of many of the top Midget drivers in the country for the inaugural running of the Australian Midget Open event plus Super Sedans, Wingless Sprints and more, the weather unfortunately won out in the end and left the Speedway promotional team with little choice but to call the meeting early.
The next event at Qld's Home Of Speedway will now be on Saturday night March 24 featuring the KRE Race Engines Sprintcar Track Championship, Lightning Sprints, ASCF Junior Sedans, Stockcars and BIS Sedans.
