Qld Late Model Championship On The Line

The 2012 Lucas Oil Products Qld Late Model Championship is on the line and will be decided this Saturday night March 3 at Supercheap Auto Archerfield Speedway in Brisbane. It is the third running of the Championship for the fast-growing racing section and the first time the Title event has been held at Qld's Home Of Speedway.
The Championship has attracted a solid and competitive field of drivers from around Qld and interstate, with a number of top class competitors from NSW heading north for the opportunity to claim victory over their northern counterparts including Ross and Ben Nicastri, Nathan Disney and David Robertson.
Qld's best chances of a home-grown Champion lie with Blair Granger and Dean Hawkins who have both won Feature events at Archerfield this season as part of the Dryden Signs Series, Kev Stow, Matt Ingrey, Russell Bonsey, Nick Girdlestone and Aaron Van Zealand.
The Title event is part of a big line of racing tomorrow night with the V8 Dirt Modifieds, AMCA Nationals, Ford v Holden Sedans, Brisbane Sedans and Sigmas also on the programme. Early racing from 4:45pm, main programme from 6:00pm.
